📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Work with the engineering team to implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure the longevity of our facilities.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Use specialized tools and software, such as AutoCAD and BIM 360, to document and track maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, including schedules, costs, and outcomes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related engineering field.
• Certified in relevant maintenance areas, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as CMMS or EAM.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards for hotel maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
