📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the management and maintenance of our Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and software, such as ERP systems, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Provide technical support to marketing teams, ensuring that our systems are used effectively to drive campaigns and measure performance.
• Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work with project managers to develop and implement IT projects that support business objectives.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of MIS and other IT tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in MIS and IT support.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
