📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Provide support to the finance team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations or a related role.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
