📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control building systems including HVAC, lighting, security, and fire safety using Honeywell and Siemens BMS platforms.
• Conduct regular system checks and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with facility managers and maintenance teams to address operational challenges.
• Maintain detailed records of system performance and generate reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Provide on-call support during emergencies and out-of-hours incidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BMS technology and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS operations or related roles.
• Certification in BMS systems (e.g., Honeywell or Siemens) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, security, and fire safety systems.
• Proficient in using Honeywell and Siemens BMS software.
