• Oversee the daily operations of overland products, ensuring seamless logistics and high standards of service.
• Coordinate with the team to manage transportation schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of managing operations and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
