📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, both hot and cold, using our espresso machine and other coffee brewing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and ensure they receive the best possible service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Promote our brand and café to customers, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
