As a Mandarin-Speaking Administrative & Sales Support Specialist, you will be the bridge between our Indonesian and Chinese clients. Your daily tasks will include assisting with administrative duties, managing client communications, and supporting our sales team. You will need to be fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 10,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per bulan, and the chance to grow within a company that values its employees.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manage client communications in Mandarin and Indonesian, ensuring clear and timely responses.
- Support the sales team by providing market research and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and events.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to support business growth.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
