🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a finance system analyst role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of ERP finance systems, with experience working with SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other relevant data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex issues.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant frameworks.
• Certifications in finance systems, such as SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, or other relevant certifications, are a plus.
