This is an exciting opportunity to work in some of Bali's most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a Part-Time Early Childhood Educator at Baby Atelier, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a love for learning in our little ones. You'll design and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and social development. Our center is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for children aged 0-6 years.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both children and parents.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest early childhood education trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all children.
• Promote a positive and nurturing atmosphere that encourages children's well-being and happiness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a childcare center or preschool setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
