As a Sales Officer, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic planning, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a dynamic market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
