📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process import documentation, including customs clearance, invoicing, and compliance with import regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient import processes.
• Monitor and update import data in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular audits of import processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to other team members on import procedures and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of import reports and analysis for management.
• Stay updated on changes in import regulations and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export documentation or related roles.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and trade laws.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Valid CIQS (Customs Import Qualification System) certification is a plus.
