📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach employees to ensure they achieve their training goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate training programs into the overall business strategy.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with training management systems and software.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver effective training programs.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
