Sumber Eko Dental Clinic is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team. We are a dental clinic located in the heart of Canggu, Bali, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about food and can help us create delicious and healthy meals for our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a strong commitment to our clinic's mission of providing excellent dental care and a comfortable patient experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to the clinic's menu and dietary requirements.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Supervise and train junior staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.,Ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Previous experience working in a dental clinic or a similar healthcare setting is a plus.
