Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and optimize global supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment.Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to support business objectives and customer requirements.Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes with other business functions.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Represent Lam Research at industry events and conferences.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing global supply chain operations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software is a plus.Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing industry is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
