📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Report on social media metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with high engagement rates.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
