📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Maintain HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
