📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the logistics team
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Provide training and mentorship to junior logistics staff
• Participate in the development and implementation of the company's logistics policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry in Indonesia
