🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.,Proven track record of successfully attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to build and maintain a strong employer brand.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM, and social media recruitment platforms.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
