📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.,Maintain and expand our existing customer base by providing exceptional customer service and support.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for the team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial automation or technology sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
