PT Optima Maritim is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team in Makassar.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality service and a positive customer experience by managing staff performance and addressing customer concerns.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment.,Experience with remote management and the ability to use technology to support operations.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
