As an Outlet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 5-7 staff, and ensuring that our outlets in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung meet and exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with the regional manager to implement and maintain high standards of service and sales performance.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage a team of 5-7 staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management using SAP or similar software.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and service strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
