📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
