NEXA Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our team in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for leading structural design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage structural design projects from conception to completion.,Ensure all structural designs comply with local and international standards and regulations.,Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and reports prepared by junior engineers.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure construction quality.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and cohesive project delivery.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.,Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in project leadership.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong understanding of structural design codes and standards (e.g., SNI, ACI, ASCE).,Proficient in using structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
