📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Implement and maintain quality control measures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality checks.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or production industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply ordering.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to food production.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Production, or a related field.
