📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of outlet staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including stock management, customer service, and sales targets.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Promote and upsell products to customers, increasing sales revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
