Root Spot Cemerlang is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources department and ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.,Work closely with department heads and managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and payroll data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, and a commitment to ensuring compliance.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Experience with HR software and systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
