📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.,Create visually compelling designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure design projects align with business goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the team's work.,Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Assist in the development of design standards and guidelines for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media design trends.
