📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.,Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of office services.,Assist in the organization and planning of office events, meetings, and gatherings.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement necessary protocols.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including trash removal and cleaning schedules.,Provide administrative support to the team, including document management and filing.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Affairs or Administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
