📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals.,Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a human resources or similar department.,Proven track record of successful department management and team leadership.,Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.
