PT Lautan Langit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.,Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial records.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
