📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.,Monitor client performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on client strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the IT or cloud services industry.,Strong understanding of cloud services and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
