📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.,Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify key skills.,Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Assist in the coordination of background checks and reference verifications.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and ensure smooth operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Passionate about talent acquisition and eager to learn.
