📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and ability to adapt to different work environments.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
