📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to schedule maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and insurance requirements.,Track vehicle usage and maintenance costs, providing regular reports to management.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Handle any vehicle-related incidents or accidents, coordinating with insurance and legal teams as required.,Provide support to the operations team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
