📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and motivate a team of 5-7 field collection officers to achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
• Oversee the daily operations of the field collection team, ensuring efficient and effective collection processes.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Implement and monitor collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on collection performance and trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate collections.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field collection or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets and improving recovery rates.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Papua Barat.
