📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitoring and reporting sales performance and providing regular updates to management.,Training and mentoring sales team members to ensure they meet performance targets.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
