🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License and other necessary maritime certifications.,Proven ability to manage and lead a crew effectively.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with navigation systems and maritime software.
