📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to stay connected with the business community.,Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
