📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth.
- Manage and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
