📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in special event planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
